01 · Enquiry
Four routes in.
- 01New installation or fit-outSend drawings if you have them, or a postcode and an approximate outlet count if you do not. We survey at no charge and price within 48 hours.
- 02Adds, moves and changesTell us the site and the volume. We will set up a fixed rate card so future changes do not need re-quoting each time.
- 03Data centre or colocationTell us the facility, the scope and the window. We will return a labour plan, a materials list and a price — and an honest view on whether the window is deliverable.
- 04Trade, channel or sub-contractSend the rollout schedule. NDA and non-solicitation are executed before commercial detail is exchanged, and the trade account opens in five working days.

Including out of hours where a live environment requires it. The survey is free, and the survey report is issued whether or not you place an order.
Step 03
Priced proposal within 48 hours
With the outlet schedule, the applicable standards named, the assumptions stated and the exclusions listed. Not a single lump sum with no breakdown.
Step 04
One follow-up, then we stop
We will call once to check the proposal answers the question. If the answer is no, or not now, we will leave you alone until you come back to us.

All work is undertaken subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale, which are issued with every quotation and are available on request. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, are based on the assumptions and exclusions listed in the proposal, and are not an offer capable of acceptance until confirmed in writing by an authorised signatory.

Free survey and design, quotation and RAMS turnaround times, out-of-hours availability, response times, rate-card commitments and manufacturer warranty availability are indicative. They apply within our normal operating area, during normal business capacity, and are subject to survey findings, site access, permit and induction requirements, material availability and these terms. Free survey and design is offered for enquiries within our operating area and may be withdrawn for enquiries requiring specialist attendance, extended travel or third-party access costs, which will be advised and agreed before any visit. Manufacturer system warranties are available only where a complete single-manufacturer system is specified and installed and the registration criteria are met. None of these statements constitutes a contractual commitment unless confirmed in writing by an authorised signatory.

Complaints
If any part of our work falls short, write to us at the address on this page marked for the attention of the Managing Director. We will acknowledge within one working day and respond substantively within five. We would rather hear it from you than read it later.
