Your London and Hertfordshire delivery arm.

Running a national rollout and short of resource inside the M25? We work behind national infrastructure contractors, IT integrators and fit-out firms as a directly employed regional delivery team. Your client, your brand, your paperwork. We do not approach your customers, and we sign to that before we quote — not after you ask.

01 · The problem we solve

The subcontractor risk you are actually carrying.

When a national programme runs short of resource in the South East, the usual answer is agency labour through a third party. It works until it does not, and the failure modes are predictable.

  1. You cannot verify who is on siteAgency chains obscure who is actually holding the tools, what card they hold, and whether the DBS check your client's contract requires was ever performed.
  2. The workmanship standard is not yoursLabour supplied by the day has no stake in the certificate, the labelling scheme or the photograph of the fire stopping. The snag list arrives after the invoice.
  3. Your client relationship is exposedA supplier with its own sales function, standing in front of your client, wearing your brand, is a commercial risk you have not priced.
  4. The evidence pack is incompleteYou discover at handover that the penetrations were never photographed and the ceiling closed three weeks ago. That is now your liability, not the agency's.

Our answer, in four commitments

What we sign up to before we price the work.

  • 01Directly employed engineers onlyNo agency subcontract on your programme. You get the same named team, and we will tell you who they are.
  • 02Non-solicitation and confidentiality signed up frontExecuted before we quote. We do not approach your customers during the engagement or afterwards.
  • 03Your brand, your paperworkUnbranded vehicles and engineer badging on request. Test results and O&M documentation issued on your template, in your format.
  • 04Full evidence pack as standardCertificates, labelling schedule, drawings and photographic record delivered to your client's requirement, not to ours.

02 · Commercial models

Priced the way your contract is priced.

If your head contract is a schedule of rates, a day rate model will bleed you. If it is a lump sum with variable scope, a fixed price will. We will price the way your own contract is priced, and we will tell you which model we think exposes you least — including where that is the model that earns us less.

Model A

Fixed price per site

Scope defined from your drawings and outlet schedule, priced site by site. Suited to rollouts with a repeatable and well-defined scope where you need certainty against a lump-sum head contract.

  • Variation mechanism agreed in advance
  • Programme dependencies stated in writing
  • Retention terms open to negotiation

Model B

Schedule of rates per point

Fixed rate per outlet, per cabinet, per survey and per attendance. Suited to programmes where scope varies site to site and your head contract is itself measured.

  • Rates fixed for an agreed period*
  • No minimum call-out padding
  • Out-of-hours included, not surcharged*

Model C

Day rate resource

Named engineers assigned to your programme for an agreed period, working under your supervision and to your method statement. Suited to resource gaps rather than defined packages.

  • Named, directly employed engineers
  • Cards, tickets and DBS evidence supplied
  • Minimum engagement periods available

03 · Onboarding

Trade account open in five working days.

Most of the delay in appointing a regional subcontractor is document chasing. We hold the pack current and issue it in one transmission rather than in six emails over three weeks.

  1. Day 1 — Introduction callThirty minutes. What the programme is, where the sites are, what your head contract requires, and what your client's evidence standard looks like.
  2. Day 1 — Mutual NDA and non-solicitationIssued and executed before any commercial detail is exchanged. We will sign yours or provide ours; we do not argue about the principle.
  3. Day 2 — Compliance pack issuedInsurance schedule, accreditation scope certificates, health and safety policy, environmental and waste policy, modern slavery statement, and completed PQQ in your format.
  4. Day 3–4 — Commercial termsRates, model, payment terms, retention and variation mechanism agreed and documented. No verbal arrangements.
  5. Day 5 — Account liveNamed account contact, named delivery lead, escalation route and a single point of contact for the duration. Not a call centre and not a rotating coordinator.

The commercial advantage most partners miss

Because the group holds NICEIC electrical certification directly, containment, fire stopping, comms cabinets, UPS and power supplies, and the electrical elements of a PoE installation under BS 7671 Section 716 can be delivered on the same order as the cabling. On a rollout, that removes an entire subcontractor interface, an entire programme dependency and an entire set of documents you would otherwise be chasing.

Next step

Send us the rollout schedule.

Site list, outlet counts and required dates are enough. We will come back with capacity, a commercial model and a price — and we will tell you which sites we think the programme is unrealistic on.
